[A friend of mine sent me this video after talking about God -vs- Atheism. The explanation is lonnggg but at least watch the video, I find it HILARIOUS, because ANY 'educated Christian' could answer this.]
1.) Amputees Question.
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." Jeremiah 29:11-13
"And we know in ALL things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to HIS purpose." Romans 8:28
"even THERE your hand will guide me,
your right hand will hold me fast." Psalm 139:10
Even through the trials, God is there. He doesn't change. He has a plan, a plan to give you a hope and a future. We can't see ten years down the road, but He can. Yes, God DOES answer prayers, and DOES perform Miracles, BUT according to His PLAN.
If I pray to God, have a book sitting on the ledge of a table, and push it. I ask God to keep the book from falling and hitting the ground, and then I would believe Him. Yes, its POSSIBLE that God can do that, But He does things according to HIS purpose. He's able by all means, but I can't go about my life going OH MY GOSH GOD IS A LIE HE DIDNT ASNWER MY PRAYER. ITS A BIG FAKE.
He answers prayers, the way that is best for us. Even if we can't see it right away.
Look at the whole book of Job.

2.) Its called the RESULT OF SIN.
God Didn't create the world to be flawed, but he let Adam and Eve have free will. God lets people walk away, he wont force anything on Anyone. Of course he Wants you to love him, He wants you to be his child, But He lets you walk away, even though it hurts him so badly.
He knew if sin entered the world, he would send his son, Jesus, to die on the cross for sin all together.
Hes not IGNORING anything, he's placed those kids there, and he DOES provide, according to his Purpose.

[I was there, do you think those kids who have NOTHING would ever expect a group of high school kids taking time out of their summer to help them, Give them shoes, show them love, give them food, play with them? God provided for those people, answered their prayers, Just like he answers the Prayers of others.
Sin :

There it is explained in Depth.
These questions are just plain silly.

3.) " For six days, work is to be done, but the seventh day shall be your holy day, a Sabbath of rest to the LORD. Whoever does any work on it must be put to death." Exodus 35:2
Well let me put it in a way we can relate to today. The government, the Law. If I kill you, what happens? I get in trouble, I get punished. Well, during the time of the old testament , people followed a different law, under which the ten commandments was included.
Exodus 20
The Ten Commandments
"And God spoke all these words:
"I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.
"You shall have no other gods before me.
"You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below.
You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, but showing love to a thousand {generations} of those who love me and keep my commandments.
"You shall not misuse the name of the LORD your God, for the LORD will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.
"Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.
Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the LORD your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your manservant or maidservant, nor your animals, nor the alien within your gates. For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day.
Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.
"Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the LORD your God is giving you.
"You shall not murder.
"You shall not commit adultery.
"You shall not steal.
"You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.
"You shall not covet your neighbor's house. You shall not covet your neighbor's wife, or his manservant or maidservant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor."
When the people saw the thunder and lightning and heard the trumpet and saw the mountain in smoke, they trembled with fear. They stayed at a distance and said to Moses, "Speak to us yourself and we will listen. But do not have God speak to us or we will die."
When Jesus came back, the law of the old testament changed, I.e. the offerings. Because He was the ultimate sacrifice. We still follow this, as a moral order, because it is still truth.
In the New testament, the Pharisees were so desperate to find something wrong with Jesus, when He healed a man on the sabbath, so they accused him of working on that holy day.
The Pharisees followed the Law so closely that they totally missed the point.
Heres the passage :
On another Sabbath he went into the synagogue and was teaching, and a man was there whose right hand was shriveled. The Pharisees and the teachers of the law were looking for a reason to accuse Jesus, so they watched him closely to see if he would heal on the Sabbath. But Jesus knew what they were thinking and said to the man with the shriveled hand, "Get up and stand in front of everyone." So he got up and stood there.
"Then Jesus said to them, "I ask you, which is lawful on the Sabbath: to do good or to do evil, to save life or to destroy it?"
He looked around at them all, and then said to the man, "Stretch out your hand." He did so, and his hand was completely restored. But they were furious and began to discuss with one another what they might do to Jesus." Luke 6:6-11
That goes for ALL of the Old testament Law.
Here is some examples : “The time is coming,” declares the LORD, “when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah…This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time,” declares the LORD.
“I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people” (Jer. 31:31, 33)
By calling this covenant “new,” he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and aging will soon disappear. (Heb. 8:13)
For when there is a change of the priesthood, there must also be a change of the law (Heb. 7:12)
“Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel, because he has come and has redeemed his people. He has raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David (as he said through his holy prophets of long ago), salvation from our enemies and from the hand of all who hate us — to show mercy to our fathers and to remember his holy covenant, the oath he swore to our father Abraham: to rescue us from the hand of our enemies, and to enable us to serve him without fear in holiness and righteousness before him all our days. And you, my child, will be called a prophet of the Most High; for you will go on before the Lord to prepare the way for him, to give his people the knowledge of salvation through the forgiveness of their sins, because of the tender mercy of our God, by which the rising sun will come to us from heaven to shine on those living in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the path of peace“. (Luke 1:68-79).
The new covenant is where God promises to Man eternal salvation based upon the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. The whole reason for the Law, was so people would not sin against God. God is perfect and holy, He cannot be around sin. So before Jesus came, the people would offer sacrifices in order to 'honor' god and give a payment for they're sins. So when Jesus came, [you might have heard him be refereed to as the "Atoning Sacrifice." Because he was all we needed to get to god.
That law, doesn't apply today Like it did then.

5.) When we adopted slavery into our culture, it was NEVER like that before. We changed the view on slavery that was never there before. Abusive, harsh masters was a new thing. In the Old testament, There were rules that the slave followed, and rules that the master followed as well. The slave would normally stay there for about 7 years, and after that, they were set free if they wished. Most slaves CHOSE to stay with the master and the family, because they were a part of the family. They had protection, they were loved. It wasn't at all what American culture views as slavery.

6.) Refer to answer 1 & 2.
Plus Romans 3:23 says "ALL have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God." So really, no one is a good person.
~~~
7.) Historians who lived in the time of Jesus, He did to leave behind evidence, here are some quotes [ahhaah this video is so immature! They really didn't do they're homework.] :
"Cornelius Tacitus was a Roman historian who lived circa 56-120 AD. He is believed to have been born in France or Gaul into a provincial aristocratic family. He became a senator, a consul, and eventually governor of Asia.
Tacitus wrote at least four historic treatises. Around 115 AD, he published Annals in which he explicitly states that Nero prosecuted the Christians in order to draw attention away from himself for Rome's devastating fire of 64 AD. In that context, he mentions Christus who was put to death by Pontius Pilate.
Christus: Annals 15.44.2-8
"Nero fastened the guilt and inflicted the most exquisite tortures on a class hated for their abominations, called Christians by the populace. Christus, from whom the name had its origin, suffered the extreme penalty during the reign of Tiberius at the hands of one of our procurators, Pontius Pilatus, and a most mischievous superstition, thus checked for the moment, again broke out not only in Judaea, the first source of the evil, but even in Rome..." - Jesuscentral.com
The dead sea scrolls. Enough said.
Also, Refer to #4 as well.
8.) "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me withALL your heart." Jeremiah 29:11-13
Again, this is so silly. God knows when someone truly seeks him.
Look at moses!
"Moses said to the LORD, "You have been telling me, 'Lead these people,' but you have not let me know whom you will send with me. You have said, 'I know you by name and you have found favor with me.'
If you are pleased with me, teach me your ways so I may know you and continue to find favor with you. Remember that this nation is your people."
The LORD replied, "My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest." Then Moses said to him, "If your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here. How will anyone know that you are pleased with me and with your people unless you go with us? What else will distinguish me and your people from all the other people on the face of the earth?"
And the LORD said to Moses, "I will do the very thing you have asked, because I am pleased with you and I know you by name."
Then Moses said, "Now show me your glory."
And the LORD said, "I will cause all my goodness to pass in front of you, and I will proclaim my name, the LORD, in your presence. I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. But," he said, "you cannot see my face, for no one may see me and live."
Then the LORD said, "There is a place near me where you may stand on a rock. When my glory passes by, I will put you in a cleft in the rock and cover you with my hand until I have passed by. Then I will remove my hand and you will see my back; but my face must not be seen." Exodus 33: 12-21
God DOES show himself.
9.) HAHAHAHA. Its SYMBOLISM, ever heard of it?! This is SO funny.
~~~
10.) Do you remember the fact We. mess. up. a lot of people go into relationships with the wrong intentions, and theyre hearts are in the wrong place. It has nothing to do with they're vows, it has everything to do with the heart of the person, if they really want to live they're life and marriage for christ.
Romans 3:23 says "we have ALL sinned and Fallen SHORT of the glory of God."
We cant meet the standard, thats why we have jesus.
